Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Standard UK delivery typically takes 7-20 business days from dispatch, depending on the product. If your order contains several items, they may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £35.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

We work hard to get your order to you on time, but occasionally delays can happen due to courier volume. If your order is significantly delayed, email support@petfoodsupply.co.uk and we'll look into it right away.
